The rooms are cozy, but the narrow bathrooms can be a bit tight. The night shift service is helpful, offering car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance. The location is vibrant with easy access to most attractions. The dining experience is pleasant, especially the Welsh pastries. Despite the slightly odd locked alley entrance, the great price makes it a value for money stay.
